Through somatic practices, an exploration of presence, collective and individual physical experiences, we will focus on the body as the performer's first tool. We will dwell on the notion of neutrality, of body awareness, of individual experience to its sharing in a performance situation. We will make an inventory (places of the body and the space in which it is inscribed), between interior and exterior. We will experience the malleability of it and its states through guided and time-tested physical tasks. Through a sensitive relationship to the body, to commitment and to the use of oneself as material, we will work to increase awareness of movement and its necessity by inscribing it in a given space. We will feed on these experiences to identify interests, feelings, relevance, and develop them in the form of individual proposals by gradually integrating the use of artistic media/mediums.
