movement and energy healing workshop
This workshop is an opportunity to experiment through movement the dialogue between matter and consciousness, what moves and what perceives. Through listening, presence, through different meditative, bodily, energetic practices, we will enter a space of welcome and exploration of the dynamics of the living. Being in relationship with oneself and the other, with space, the moment. Join the flow, from movement to dance, from the individual to the whole. And thus soften in a benevolent and playful way the limit between what is considered the self and the other.
INTENTIONS
to anchor oneself - (re)find fluidity - Bring flexibility with what we think we are (the mind) - be present to oneself and to the world: what is - release tensions, physical, mental, emotional - come back to one's body through sensation, presence, listening, and the experience of the living - connect to the pleasure of being, through movement and dance - play with, open, expand perceptions - learn in the relationship to oneself and to the other - pay attention to oneself, to the other and to what is experienced with kindness - be in the dynamics of the living.
